I was married at Moore Ranch early this year. It was overcast all day and we were scared it would rain. Anne Marie worked quickly to get all of the wonderful group shots and portraits before the weather got too bad. We had such a fun wedding and the reception candid photos are hilarious. Anne Marie is AMAZING. I found her on wedding wire and was blown away by her beautiful photos. I was shocked to see that she was within my price range, and knew I wanted to book her even before I met her. I was a bit nervous going into our first photo session, but that was short lived, for Anne Marie made us feel instantly comfortable. She is very flexible and open to ideas you may have, but also has lots of great ideas herself. Anne Marie did a wonderful job portraying the feeling of our wedding through the many candid photos she took as well. My husband and I are extremely happy with our photos.

My fiance and I found Anne Marie on the knot. We were very happy with her performance and the overall product and experience. She and her assistant worked very hard all day and captured every moment that was important to us in a stylish and artistic way. Anne Marie was incredible! From our initial meeting all the way until our photos arrived after our wedding she was a pleasure to work with. She remembered all of the little details that I wanted photographed on the day of and there is not a single moment that she missed! She was easy to communicate with, replied promptly, and made sure my groom and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Anne Marie D'Arcy is a photographer living and working in Houston Texas. She attended the University of Houston and In 2000 she was invited to apprentice under Jim Olive at Stockyard Photography. In 2005 she was hired as a staff photography for the fashion retailer Francesca's Collections. In 2009 Anne Marie started her own photography business specializing in Portrait and Event photography. She has received Brides Choice Awards from Weddingwire network and The knot wedding Network. She was also a recipient of the Carol Crow Fellowship in 2013 for a collection of Portraits entitled American Sikh. She is currently on the faculty of the Houston Center for Photography.
